The House Committee organises a wide range of social functions throughout the year, the dates of these being advertised to Members via the Social Events Notice-board and by email, and for which table reservations are generally required and made with the bar staff or by ticket purchase. Unless a function specifies a requirement for jacket and tie or formal attire, casual dress is permitted at all times.

The Mixed Lounge/Dining Room is available to Members for private functions and applications must be made to the Secretary.

The Clubhouse has been modernized and extended over the years but retains much of its original character. It contains the locker room and changing area, air conditioned bars lounges and dining room, snooker room, and a conservatory outside of which is a small patio area with seating.

Our friendly bar staff always make both members and visitors welcome, and can offer you a wide range of beers, spirits, wines and soft drinks, and a bar menu that includes a choice of sandwiches and light meals. There is also a coffee and tea making machine which is available at all times.
